Will iPhone6 allow me to use NFC on secondary apps???

Being canadian and not having Apple Pay really sucks....But I was wondering if the iPhone 6 will allow secondary apps to use NFC??? My bank already has NFC apps for BlackBerry and Andriod..so could they do NFC an app for iOS?

I was interested in knowing this also. My camera have NFC for pairing that I would like to use.

I want to know this too, there are many other things that NFC is good for and I'd like to use them. For example, my Beats Pill could be paired with NFC. Would be cool.

I'm curious as to whether it really won't work in Canada. NFC is NFC and a lot of stores here have terminals, unless Pay requires some special terminals.

There are no SDKs for using it in iOS 8 GM, however the hardware can support it so its a possibility in the future.
