Will it be possible to the purchase iPhone 6 release day?

This is the first time buying a popular new phone. Based on previous iPhone release days, did you guys have any luck just walking into an Apple Store on release day and purchasing one?

I don't really live in a populated area. Will stores like Best Buy, Verizon etc have iPhone 6's available for sale on release day at least before they get sold out?

If you get there as early as possible then yes, If you wait around then I highly doubt it

Just be aware that not all places will have the different size storage sizes in stock. I know my local Verizon only stocks the 16GB models.

When I got my 5, I was able to find one locally the day after release. So I'm sure with enough patience and calling around you'll find one.
