IF the iPhone 6 were to have 1GB of RAM...It wouldn't make any sense because having 64bit uses more RAM and that will mean the iPhone 5 has more available RAM than the 6.
It's like having only 800mb because the bigger screen. Why would Apple have the same RAM for a 3rd year and especially in a phone that will have a higher demand?
Not sure if my question makes sense.
