Hey guys.

I am about to purchase a MacBook Pro, again, after my early 2010 was stolen.
I've come to realize, over the last few months, that I don't need the power the early 2010 i7 provides.

My question is basicly, will the low-end 13" MacBook Pro suffice?

This is basically what I use my computer for:
Browsing
Light gaming, if any
Watch 1080p movie (Plex, external monitor 1920*1080)

Okay. Thank you :] I actually have a question, when using a MacBook Pro in a closed-lid-stand, will it heat up more?
I plan to get the 13", a 12South BookArc, and keep it in the arc, when at home.

I don't know... I personally don't do that... but I'd want SMC Fan Control to have the minimum fan speed at 2400 at least, and then keep an eye on things.

Apple portables are designed to use in what we call 'Clam Shell Mode'. This is when we connect an external monitor to it and close the top and use it. As you can see, there's a vent between the display and the body behind the MBP. Thats where the air comes in - and air comes out!

oh btw try this

and i use a Moshi Clear Guard which it covers the whole keyboard for protection and theres no difference in temperature when i take it out.
