I've previously had banking and credit card apps refuse to launch on a jailbroken device, which is hardly surprising. Though I know I can actually lock down my JB device more than a stock iPhone, the banks don't know that and it won't be the case for everyone.

So do we think Apple will disable Pay for jailbroken devices? Whether they want to anyway or just to appease the banks who may have concerns about it.

This goes for both iPhone and  Watch.

Even if they do disable it for jailbroken devices, a patch will most likely come out that hides the jailbreak from Apple pay.

There's plenty of hacks that go around that jb detection of some AppStore apps that makes them work fine on jb devices.
Same thing with apple pay or any feature. If they can get around all hardware and software security measures and jb the iOS they can patch any security jb check also.

This of course all revolves around a jailbreak for iOS 8. Something that has a chance of not happening. Ever.

what jailbreak did for me is make my 4s start then screen went black, the the apple logo then the creen went black, then the apple logo, did this 3 or 4 times each time i started my 4s, finally restored my iphone back to factory, all is good again.
