After Ventura ... 2017 Intel MBP already is on its 6th year in existence, traditionally 7yrs marks 'vintage' by Apple and no further hardware nor software support (hardware only in Cupertino and direct to Apple Campus).

That now leaves macOS Ventura supporting just seven versions of Intel Macs that don’t have T2 chips: three iMacs (iMac18,1, 18,3, 19,1), one MacBook (MacBook10,1), and three MacBook Pros (MacBookPro14,1, 14,2, and 14,3). … they’re the most likely models to lose support
 
I wouldn’t be surprised if Ventura were the last release for both 2017 and 2018 MBPs.
