Ok so I'm getting a mid 2012 MacBook Pro and I ordered it on early November 2012. Will it come with Montain Lion?

Yes, it will come with Mountain Lion... if it doesn't... you should be able to receive a free upgrade to Mountain Lion. I purchased a mid-2012 MacBook Air that came with Lion, but I was offered a free upgrade to Mountain Lion soon after.
