Does anyone know if the mini iPad will have a camera on it and will all the apps that are availabe fit the mini or will adjustments have to be made on the apps to fit the mini?

No one here knows any more than you do. Wait another 20 hours or so and we'll all know everything 
Good question. I think it will either have a polaroid camera built-in, or just one so-so camera on the front. Interestingly, case-makers seem to be treating it like a big iPod Touch, with cameras on both sides. I guess we'll see in a few hours
It will most likely have at least a front camera. The most recent leaked parts seem to show a place for a rear camera as well.
The rumors point to a screen that's 1024x768, same as the iPad 2. Most apps should work just fine, but some may need minor tweaks if they didn't follow Apple's interface guidelines.
