Will MMS and INTERNET TETHERING be back in the next beta or the final 3.0

Ok I know a lot of people have been saying they don't have mms or internet tethering with the latest beta 5 software. I dont have MMS but my internet tethering is still working. In fact I am using it right now. Are there others that still have theirs working? Cause I am not stupid to think I am the only one who has it working??
Both MMS and tethering are working for me. In fact Bluetooth tethering now works which it didn't on beta4.

You just have to update in iTunes the ipcc for your carrier.
They've both been working for me since the 1st beta. I imagine they will in the next and they definitely will have MMS in the final. There's no announced tethering plan on AT&T as of yet so we have yet to see if tethering will be enabled.
im on beta 5 and tethering still works and has worked since beta 1 the only thing im worried about is a change in the rates
