Will my 1-year warranty cover this kind of damage?

last week, I took my macbook pro to apple store in order to repair my hard drive. I just got it back yesterday but I discovered some new scratches on the bottom case of it, which should have been made during the process of their repair.

Can I claim a new bottom case for this reason?

definitely, if it's obvious it's been done by the repair guys, which unfortunately is kinda common..good luck
