Will my 2011 MBP run dual monitors?

I have a late 2011 17" MBP and I'm curious after the update to Mavericks, will it run dual monitors? I have a Cinema Display that I usually hook it up to, but I have a nice Dell display that's attached to my old Mac Pro 1.1 that I don't use anymore. Can I use this combination some how?
