will my black macbook 2.4GHz 2Gb ddr2 250GB accept DDR3 ram ?

i am planning on upgrading my black macbook

it is macbook4,1 with 2.4Ghz Duo core , 2Gb RAM DDr2 , 250 Gb HDD.

I saw that the Penryn 's FSB is 800Mhz , so would it work with DDr3 ram ? or with PC6400 rams ?

It will work with PC6400 ram but not with DDR3 ram, the logic board won't support it as DDR3 is minimum 1066mhz ram

The DDR3 wont even fit in the slot inside
