no, there is a new dock
I usually don't buy these new Device-Specific docks because they're expensive and they get replaced, I remember when apple made the universal dock with several adapters for the older iPods, I wish they would still do that now...

Looking at my current dock, as the new ipad is pretty much the same, but thiner, I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
