iPhone Will my haptics ever work consistently?

My XR, as far as I remember, had no issues before iOS 13. Since then, the haptics are all over the place.

They work pretty much everywhere except the app switcher and control center, where they’ll both stop working at all.

In other places, they’re just inconsistent in intensity. Sometimes strong. Sometimes weak.

I’m on my second replacement phone.

And I seem to be alone with this issue.

On my XS max I have noticed haptics disappearing at times. the main one being logging into apps with faceID where iOS13 brought in a confirmation haptic. That sometimes stops working completely
