I have a late 08 Macbook unibody 5,1 i accidently bought 4gb DDR3-133 PC3 10600, and its reading 5GB because I kept a 1GB stick from the factory in. So its reading 5gb 1067 ddr3. Do i need to return this memory, or am I ok with it.

Looks like it will work fine. It will just run the 1333MHz module as a 1067MHz one and your computer won't know the difference.

Is there a diff from PC3 10600 from PC3 8500

One runs at 1333MHz while the other runs at 1066MHz. There may also be difference in the latency and timings. You can mix them though, the 1333MHz will underclock itself to 1066MHz then.

if i bought another stick of this same RAM will my computer bump up to 1333 instead of 1067
