Will my MBP support a 30" display?

I have a older MBP. 2.0GHz core duo(pre core 2 duo) and am running a 22" dell monitor off it now. I was wondering if it would work fine with a 30" monitor like the apple cinema display or the Dell 3007wfp?

yes
the mbp can support resolutions up to 2560 by 1600

The MBP will support a 100" screen as long as the resolution is no more than 2560 x 1600.
