Will my settings change if I install Lion?

I just recently bought a used 2.13GHZ white Macbook that come with snow leopard. I just spent 40 minutes playing around and changing settings on this thing and i plan to update it with Lion this weekend. Will all my settings/changes be restored to factory settings if I update? Sorry for the dumb question. :p

It depends on what settings you're talking about. Application preferences shouldn't change, but you may need to reset some System Preferences, as not all will correlate directly to Lion.
