I will need help migrating all of my windows to my new mac when it comes on the 15th which I am extremely excited about and can not wait for it to arrive! I just need some help knowing what program I should use and how I should do it? Because I also have a big iTunes library also.

Switch Basics: Migrate your Windows files to your Mac. This is the most current info from the Apple Support site and was last update late December 2013. Or as old-wiz mentioned Switching to the Mac, The Missing Manual, Mavericks Edition is a great book. Either of these will be a big help to you.
