Will not automatically sync movies

I have a few movies in my iTunes, but when I have the "Sync Movies" checked, iTunes will not sync them.

I have to "Manually manage music and videos" to be able to put them on my phone.

Kind of screws up the music portion next time I sync.

Any idea what is wrong? They were on there before, so I know it's not a encoding issue. They play fine on the Mac and they play fine on the phone once "manually managed".
