I'm curious if there will be software incompatabilities. I suspect some, but do you think my Office 2004, PHotoshop, etc.. will have issues installing and running?

Will older OSX software work on the intels?

This has been asked lots of times. Please use the Search! In general everything that is OSX native will work under Rosetta, but may not be as fast as you would like. Classic is not going to be supported.
