Will OSX Lion ship with Macs purchased after it's release?

Hi all,
quick question.

I'm about to buy my first Mac, but I'm wondering something.

If OSX Lion is right around the corner (July release), does that mean Apple will ship all Mac's sold with Lion when it's out?

Since it's so close to it's release, I'm wondering if I should wait. Hell, it'll save me $30.
