Hello all. Newbie to Mac apps. My wife and I both have i3 21.5" imacs. We have separate itunes accounts however. Will I have to buy two copies of Pages 11 or can one copy work on both?

Thanks
Mike

if its like the mobile app store you will have to buy two separate apps if its two different accounts.

my friend however says that he and his gf in some way linked their two accounts together so if he buys something she can have it and if she buys something he can have it. i dont know to do this or else i would tell you. maybe someone else on here does.

Thats what I was curious about. Kinda like the 5 computer authorizations your are allowed to have. I dont understand it that well but was wondering if it fell under that category.

Or since there are two macs in the household cant they share programs via bluetooth or am I way off on that?

they can only do that if they are on the same network and home sharing is on and on the same itunes account

We have different emails attached to the itunes accounts so while I am not 100% sure but I think that is different users in Apples eye.

yea, you have to be on the same account

LOL well unless theres a trick looks like I am giving apple 40 instead of 20. Ohh well. At that rate I wish they would offer a family pack via the App store as I would drop a bit more for Numbers and Keynote if I could put it on both machines Thanks for the responses.
