Will Parallels Run On The 3T Fusion Drive?

I was just reading about poor Aquaboy's plight over in his thread (I really feel bad for that guy ) and was wondering if Parallels users have the same fate waiting for them on the 3T Fusion Drive? If so, are there any other workable methods to run Windows on an iMac, or are we just stuck waiting for a fix from Appple, or has installing Windows on an iMac just become a massive headache?

It was an issue of using BootCamp to format the drive. Parallels and VMWare Fusion run as software within OS X like any other application, and don't care about hard drive partitioning, so they'll be fine.
