Will PCI Cards From G5 Quad Still Work?

I'm upgrading from a G5 Quad and would like to know if my Sonnet eSATA card will work in a new Mac.

The PowerMac Quad and Mac Pro both have PCIe ports so you won't be limited there. However, Sonnet's website indicates that the 2 port eSATA card is not compatible with the new, 2009 Mac Pros. They don't mention whether or not the 4 port card works with them.
