Will Public Beta 9.1 get Watch OS 2 Wednesday?

Will I need to go back to 9 to see the Watch OS 2? Or will it just download to 9.1?

I was surprised to see they didn't just allow it in Public 9.1
 
WatchOS updates are done through the Apple Watch app on your iPhone so I don't see a reason 9.1 users wouldn't get it pushed out to them like everybody else. So yes.
