Will PwnageTool retransfer data after jailbreaking?

I'm sure this has been asked 100 times, sorry... =(

But will I lose everything if I jailbreak??

**Never mind: I read the Pwnage Tool guide (imagine that), and it explained everything....

Only other question I have is.. say I want to install 2.2 or the next legit firmware as soon as it comes out, can I do that without any serious repercussions???

You'll usually have to wait a few days for the Dev Team to release a new pwnage and quickpwn for new firmwares but other than that the only repercussions is you'll have to reinstall your jailbroken apps.
