Will rebooting my Macbook get rid of the partition I had for bootcamp?

I am going to wipe my computer, will this also wipe the partition I had for vista?

If you use Disk Utility during the installation and manually erase the Boot Camp partition, theeses. Otherwise a simple reinstallation of Mac OS X will do nothing to that partition. have you used MRoogle yet to find any of the dozens of similar threads?
