Will restoring my iPhone 6 from backup/syncing mess w syncing my 4S?

I just got my iPhone 6 and want to try it out but plan on keeping my 4S until there is a jailbreak for iOS 8 at which point I will sell it. Will restoring the 6 from backup jeopardize my computer/iTunes account recognizing the 4S or can you restore backups to more than one device? Also will putting my SIM card in the 6 effect my 4S? It is jailbroken. Thanks!
