Will rollout of AT&T hotspot tethering be a threat to MyWi users?

Just curious....

Perhaps AT&T didn't go after those of us
using MyWi to tether because it didn't have
a plan in place.

However, with the rollout of their new
tethering plan do you think the company will
be keeping an eye on data usage by those
that don't officially have a plan but use as
much data?

The only threat to mywi is the fact that people can now pay a tenth of the price for a true wifi hotspot replacement (tetherme)
