Will Rosetta run if you upgrade from snow leopard that already has it installed?

Anyone upgraded from snow leopard where you had Rosetta installed? Does it work? I read a rumor a while back that Rosetta would work in Lion if you already had it installed in Snow Leopard.

No, it gets removed during the installation of Lion.

I can tell you from experience that Rosetta no longer works, even if you upgrade from SL.
