will siri be slower on verizon and sprint iphones

since sprint and verizon won't support the higher data speed will it affect the speed of siri since the voice analysis is done in the cloud, and also why can't you have siri on a regular iPhone 4 if the processing isn't done on the phone so it wouldn't require the A5 chip? just wondering.

When sending such a small data file (such as a Siri request), you won't notice any difference in speed.
