Will Siri launch apps and web pages saved in the home screen?

I know it does reminder, texts, calls etc but if you said

Launch ESPN sportscenter would it bring the app up? Same with if i Said launch mac rumours forum thats on the home screen you think it would launch it up?

Siri will seach the web, so I bet you will at least get a link for the Macrumors forums.

I hope one day there is an API for devs to be able to have Siri open their app and perform actions based on certain commands. So not only open up the ESPN Sportscenter app, but also go to a specific section of the app. For instance, "Siri, open up ESPN Sportcenter app and give me tomorrow's college football schedule."
