Hey... I have an iMac running on 10.4.11. My question is... Can I buy the snow leopard update or will I have to buy the 170 package? Thanxxx. Also if I buy the update for my laptop will I be able to use the same disc on my iMac if I'm able to just use the upgrade?

1) Legally you will have to purchase a mac box set - thats how the licensing.
2) Up to date discs are not intended for use on any other computer than the one it was bought for. You can only use one copy of Snow Leopard per computer unless you you get a family pack.
