Will Target be selling Ipad's on launch day?

Just curious if they will be selling them on launch day? Since I will not have the money till launch day I can not pre-order and im assuming Apple store online and inside will be sold out.

Both should.. They did for the iPad 2. However, supplies will be much smaller compared to an Apple Store. They also may not have the variety you want as it pertains to color, gb's, wifi/lte..
