Will the 4S get the camera UI found on the 5?

I don't think so, the reason that the 5 has that UI is because the camera in the iPhone is not 16x9 so they are filling what would essentially just be blank space out of the camera frame.

Not a chance. They did that because of the longer screen. It's the same on the new iPod touch too.
I really like the new interface too, but don't get your hopes up.

Well the 4S gets the black theme but not the bigger button unfortunately.
