Will the Apple Store be selling the new nvidia cards?

Will the apple store begin shipping mac pro's with the new nvidia cards or do you have to get them separately?

Most likely separate. You'll have to order the MP with a GT120.

It is a third party making the GTX285 so you will probably not find it at Configuration when buying Mac Pro.

As Cindori said, it's a third party solution, not an official Apple one. Much like how you were never able to BTO the ATi 3870 from Apple.

They are supposed to be offered as aftermarket upgrades on Apple's online Store but I didn't see them last time I looked.

I did see the Quadro FX 4800 listed on MacSales and ClubMac. I expect the GeForce GTX 285 will be sold by them as well.

The Radeon HD 4870 Mac Edition is selling for $329 on ClubMac.

Yup. Buy it where ever, and the owner is responsible for installation.

Apple did not offer the 3870 on their site whatsoever, nor do they offer the Quadro 4800. They won't add the GTX 285.
