Will the Axio Hardlseeve fit the new 2009 MBP?

The website says it will not.

Does anybody have this product? What do you think of it? Will the zipper touch the case? Any movement inside the case?

But whats the reason? isnt my 17" unibody the same size as the previos version? Whats different?

I think you're confused because there really has only been one unibody 17" MBP. Therefore "newly released" doesn't really refer to the spec update from WWDC rather the change from the older style to the unibody style chassis.

The case appears to be designed for the previous generation MBP (i.e. the Aluminum one) and hence their statement about the "newly released" MBP refers to the unibody design which is physically different in size to the old AlBooks thus making the case incompatible.

At least that's how I interpret the wording.
