iPod Will the current accessories work with future ipods?

so i wonder if the upcoming full ipod sized(ipod video 6g) work with my current ipod 5g accessories such as the universal dock?? is it going to fit it it? will have the same usb connector??

plus:when will the new ipods release probably? with leopard?
and is it for sure going to a full touch screen?

The new iPods are expected to support current accessories. There are literally thousands of dock based accessories and people would be really pissed if all those accessories no longer worked.

The new (6G) iPod is expected by many to arrive in September. Maybe or maybe not with Leopard, probably before.

Not for sure full touch screen but again it is expected.
