Will the factory unlocked iPhone 5 be available on release day?

I am looking to buy it full price for use with Tmobile. I am about to get an unlocked 4S, if I cannot buy the 5...

I have a factory unlocked 4S and it was released 4-6 weeks after launch. I would like to know what Apple's plan is this time around also. I want the new one.

I have no idea in the USA, but here in Australia it has always been available unlocked, no contract on day 1 - well at least the 3GS on, I bought the 3G on contract about 4 weeks after launch
