As stated…they are shipped from China.

Additionally, Apple, king of logistics (sorry UPS) will already have prestaged thousands of iPhones in the US. So, if your tracking info states that your phone is shipping from KS or KY I really, strongly doubt that flooding in Japan is going to have any influence on a domestic US shipping flight.
