I have a Powermac G4 Quicksilver which I bought as a 733MHz but then upgraded the mother board and processor to dual 800Mhz.

Will this graphics card work?

No, not as-is. You need a Mac Edition, or a PC card that has been re-flashed with a Mac ROM. If you're looking on eBay, I'd try the search terms "Radeon Mac" and go from there...

(You can reflash a PC card yourself, but given that you're asking about this stuff from the perspective of a newbie, I'd suggest paying the mild premium to get one pre-flashed and save yourself the trouble...)
