I received a Griffen PowerDuo Reserve for Christmas which says it is compatible with the 1st and 2nd iPod Touch, iPod Classic&Nano, and iPhone-iPhone 3g, and iPhone 3gs....

I own an iPhone 4, and iPad...
Before I return it, does anyone know if it will work with either of these.
My only hope is for the packaging to be outdated, or the new devices to still have the same voltage or whatever.

If Not, what would be the best replacement...
I saw the Ventev PowerCELL, and it looks like it will do the job.
Thanks for any help!

email Griffin or call them they are very good about response. they have good products and might also have something they can recommend..

Thanks

You mean I actually have to do something??? Ughh, this forum is dumb!!!
JK! Thanks for the input...I will try that. After a very long experience with Sprint, I always stray away from calling companies for as long as I can. I just couldn't find anything and was wondering if anyone had tried it. But, thanks again.

lucky for you Griffin is a better company then Sprint! they even have reps that speak English!

Hey a storm hit, and ever since then, your internet service has dropped.

"Um sir, It appears that some of our towers are damaged in that area...we are sending engineers out once it is processed."

Thank God for AT&T arriving in my area....

PowerDuo Reserve compatibility with iPhone 4 and iPad

Thanks for the question and nice words.

PowerDuo Reserve works with iPhone 4, but it's not officially compatible. This means that you'll get a nag screen when using it on your iPhone 4. It will still work fine though.

iPad requires a 2.1 amp power supply to charge normally. Anything less than that will still charge the device, but so slowly as to be impractical. I recommend you grab one of our chargers that is compatible with iPad.

I hope this helps. Happy Holidays.

You all are ridiculous...I haven't disliked any of your products...and the fact that you replied on this forum is ridiculous! Is there any alternative off the top of your head that is made by Griffin?

I'm hoping ridiculous is a good thing. :)

We don't have any Reserve style power solutions for iPad. However, we do have plenty of great charging products for at home or in the car. You can find those on our site.

Thanks for the reply.

I can't speak for ironflame, but think it shows you guys are paying attention and go the extra mile on the customer service end. In today's marketplace those qualities are rare. Keep up the good work. Just ordered 2 of your powerjolt chargers, myself.

Thanks!

Thanks very much, that means a lot. I appreciate it.
Have a happy new year.
