Ah damn, I remember this domain from many years ago. At this point, the owner is probably burning ~$13/year (registration fees) to sit on that domain. I don't think Apple will ever pay what he thinks he can get. That ship probably sailed years ago.

He can’t use it for anything. If he did, Apple would sue him in court. Apple knows that so why pay him much of anything for it.
