will the iphone 4 16gb see a price drop? or will it just stay at 200

You won't be saving that much. But the 16GB for the new phone could be $99, with 32 and 64 being $199/299.

Just saying, the cost you'd save would be minimal. The bigger cost is the data plan. But it seems like they will release a 8GB iPhone 4.
