Will the iPod rebate proceed back to my debit card?

As I was submitting my rebate claim for the free iPod promo, a concern came to mind. I purchase my MBP last week using my debit card to swipe, let's say, Bank #1. Right now I'm in the process of closing my account at Bank #1 and transferring all my assets to Bank #2. Once the rebate is submitted and goes through, what happens? Should I wait to close? Thanks for your help.

Yep, you should receive a check in the mail from Apple which can be cashed at any bank.
