Will the M1 Max 64GB option be available in store?

It's been while since I bought a MacBook... stores typically just have the base models in stock right? 64 Gigabyte is an add-on to the highest base model... just wondering if I should wait to see if I can pick it up locally or just place the order and wait until December.

I am hoping they will have additional models in store. From past experience they usually do carry some "popular" custom configs as well as the base models.

They typically carry one top of the line model in stores. Don't know what the config will be though until they are there.

Think I'm going to wait until next week and see what the store gets. Any idea when I should expect a drop in trade in value? I checked last week and today and it's still the same.
