iPhone 11 Pro Will the migration tool transfer music stored on the old iPhone?

Asking because I'll be 2,300 miles from my computer when the Pro Max arrives.

No. Neither iTunes backup nor iCloud backup backups your music. They are either synced or downloaded from Apple Music / iTunes Store.
One exception is your music is inside third party apps. In that case, yes, the music is backed up.

I was asking because the migration tool pulls the data directly from the older phone, not an iTunes backup or iCloud.
