The thread title pretty much says it all. With the 1-click GUI version of the unlocking software about to hit...What are your predictions?
 
If you software unlocked the iPhone, most likely yes, as the unlock is done through an exploit of a buffer overrun, which will most likely be patched because it's a security flaw.

If it's hardware unlocked, then I don't see how they would stop you.
