One of the keys on my Logitech backlit wireless keyboard has died, so I need to think about a new one. Has anyone heard anything about Apple updating their wireless keyboard to include backlighting?

this has been overdue... for YEARS. no reason to assume it will happen october, unless you've heard rumors? shame tho..
Agreed! I thought I might wait until the (I hope) October refresh of the Mac Minni to see if a backlit wireless keyboard might come along then, before I get another Logitech. I have not seen any rumors, so I wondered if anyone else has.
The only reason would be that Apple would want to propagate the Touch Bar of the new MBPs across the desktop Mac line, so they create a new "Pro" Magic keyboard with Touch Bar and (hopefully) backlighting. Would be mega expensive tho.
