When tmobile gets the 5s will the price of the 4s go down right away?

I have heard really good things about the 4s from my friends so I'm thinking of purchasing it once the 5s comes out. I would get the 5 or 5s but they're out of my budget.
 
If other us carriers are any indication, then yes, when a newer phone launches, the precious model goes down in price. Traditionally this has been $100 off. But tmobiles pricing is a little different. I would expect it to take the place of how they are currently pricing the iPhone 4.

No one really knows. Previous launches have indicated yes, the 4S would become free, the 5 would be $100, and the 5S would be $200.

Although with all the rumors of a low cost iPhone, maybe they will discontinue the 4S, introduce the low cost, and keep the 5 / 5S?

Based on tmo pricing the 4s would be $15 down.

i think the price of 4S will go down when the 5s comes out, but will it go down right away, it is hard to say, maybe depends on the sales of 5s.

Price will go down, not because tmobile has the 5s, but because the 4s, which is not available for tmobile, will be another generation older.

the t-mobile AWS is not really a NEW phone, so NO.

Is not like the old t-m phone is now obsolete, it can be used on any GSM, and Daddy AT&T, after unlocking.

One would think as time goes by, price keeps sliding down... but I bought a refurb 4s last Oct for $371 but the price has gone up! Xmas time it went up to $425, and now it's $499!

I guess everybody know the 4s is still a good phone and there is still demand for it.

Today its 99, it will be free with 2 yr if 5s comes out, but if you want unlocked price it will most likely be 420-450.(today 4s price is roughly 520's-540's)

Yeah tmobile has gotten rid of free phones so you have to pay for them all. I assume the 4s will be $15 down payment and then $15 a month for 2 years, like the 4 is. I don't know what they'll charge for the 4.

look at the price of the Tmobile 4S and 4

the 4 with monthly payments comes out to almost $500 when its said and done..
 
Right now the 4S IS $99 on Apple.com, Verizon, AT&T and BestBuys site with a two year contract.

When the 5S is released this summer or fall, the 4S will be the free phone and the 4 will drop off the current iPhone sales page.
